People generally like you in proportion to how good you make them feel. When the feeling good stops, so does the “loyalty”.

What merit is there in having a incredibly moving time when the goal you think you are trying to accomplish is totally misplaced.

Especially when someone has told you a lie in the process, that you are going to achieve the goal, when in fact you never will.

But you had fun.

I am constantly amazed (and shocked and saddened) by what so many people accept as normal behaviour.

there’s a reason, but

is it an excuse? I think not.

but it may be doing great damage to someone or something else and come back to bite you in the end.
