Downs and Ups


I was really questioning whether I should be running a 10 k this morning after seeing certain names on the pre-registration list.

But I stayed steady and pulled off a sub 56 minute run.  That is very good for me who generally runs 5 k in “training” ,plays basketball and rides a horse or two for cross training.

It seems to be working for me. And I got to cheer up another runner who had been feeling just like me.
