non no day

  1. I find the less I dwell on the negative, the less negativity there is in my life. I never really thought of it in an offense/defense strategy of spiritual battle.

  2. I think of it as a battle because I know what happens to my worship when I am focused on negativity. It undercuts courage and robs us of joy. In that context I think it is very much a device of the enemy, usually disguised as conventional wisdom.
